TAP Forum 2005 Accommodation Package
This year we have extended the
program to include an informal after-dinner drink on Tuesday
26th April. We hope that you will attend and to
make this easier for you we are pleased to be able to offer
our guests a meal and accommodation package of exceptional
value.
The location of the TAP Forum
2005 including the training day and associated events is
The Bull Hotel in Gerrards
Cross; one of the Sarova hotels offering a very high
standard of service in a pleasant atmosphere.
Included in the accommodation
package for the night of Tuesday 26th April is:

Wednesday morning
The
price of this package is £100 plus VAT.
Dinner
is a set menu as described below. If you are vegetarian or have any
special dietary requirements these will be catered for so please let us
know when reserving your package.

To
reserve your accommodation and meal package you must book through us in
advance. Payment must also be received in advance using a credit or
debit card
for which we can issue a receipt. The card types we accept include Visa,
Amex, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Fortoak, JCB, Maestro, Pin Train,
Solo and UK Maestro.
We
have a number of rooms reserved for our guests and these will be issued
on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in this
package please confirm through
completing this form as soon as
possible and we will contact you to place your booking.
We would,
of course, be happy to provide you with alternative local accommodation
